Poor network and bad service, I want to cancel my number,

    Hi ​@Mary100 ,

     

    I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been experiencing.

    To cancel your number via the app:
     

    Open the iD Mobile app and log in.

    Go to Account Settings.

    Select Manage Plan / Cancel Contract.

    Follow the prompts and choose the reason for cancellation.

    Confirm your request.
