Hi, I’m trying to switch over my mobile number from my mobile ID, I have the correct details but keep getting this error message? I have emailed but not getting a response, so how am I actually supposed to use my new sim if I can’t convert my number over? it says I’ve ordered an E-Sim but then doesn’t give me a link to download it or anything and when I try to register the mobile ID, it sends a text to the mobile ID number which I dont have access to, I’m going round in circles, can anyone help? I’m very close to just cancelling
