Cant request a replacement sim cause number isnt working

Hi. I have had a sim with ID for over 2 years. Recently, I bought 2 esims from a different company. I have a Google Pixel 7 so I am unable to have more than 2 e/sims. I decided to disable my ID sim as it said it would not cancel my contract with IDmobile (which made me assume that I would be able to easily just turn it back on). I am now unable to turn my sim back on even after disabling one of the sims which means I am not able to send or recieve calls or texts to my phone number. I am trying to get a replacement esim through the app however it keeps sending me a verification text message which is really unhelpful since i CANT GET a text message. (My phone settings say my sim1 is unavailable and my phone number is unknown). Is there any way I can please get a replacement esim without the text verification while keeping my phone number? Thank you so much
