Hi @djh123,Thank you for reaching out.If you've already placed your order, you won't be able to enter your PAC code until your iD Mobile SIM has been received and your account is active.Once your SIM has arrived:Insert your new iD Mobile SIM into your handset.Open the iD Mobile app and log in or register using your new iD Mobile number.Go to My Services.Select Transfer my number.Enter your PAC code and follow the on-screen instructions.If you still can't find the option to submit your PAC code once your SIM is active, please contact us via Live Chat or send us a direct message through one of our social media platforms, and we'll be happy to assist further.Owethu

Once your SIM has arrived:

Insert your new iD Mobile SIM into your handset.
Open the iD Mobile app and log in or register using your new iD Mobile number.
Go to My Services.
Select Transfer my number.
Enter your PAC code and follow the on-screen instructions.
