cant use qr code for esim in different mobile.

Hi. I used qr code in my phone and now I want to load it in my other phone but eSIM details not working. When I wanted to get new eSIM details throughout automatic order it’s asking me to give sms code which was sent to the number which I can not use due to can’t load this eSIM.

    You can only use 1 eSIM per number per phone at anyone time. It’s the same as having a physical SIM card.

    I do apologize for any inconvenience caused to you the OTP will need to be confirmed, I do see that you mentioned that the SIM was then used on another handset the text should then be received on that handset.
    If the sim was deleted, you would then need to obtain a new physical sim card
