capped calls on uncapped account

I am being told I cannot make calls but I have an uncapped unlimited tariff please remove the block

I’m really sorry you’re dealing with that. I can understand how frustrating it is, especially when you’re on an unlimited plan and expecting everything to work normally.

Just to clarify, even with an unlimited tariff, calls can still be blocked if there’s an account or network issue in the background, so let’s run through a few quick checks to get this sorted.

 

Please try the following steps in the iD Mobile app and your phone settings:

 

First, in your phone:

Restart your phone
Turn Airplane Mode ON for 30 seconds, then OFF
Check you have signal bars showing

 

Then check your settings:

Go to Settings → Mobile Network
Make sure your iD Mobile line is turned ON
Set Network Selection to Automatic
