capped minutes

hi, it says when I try to call a local number that I have reached my capped minutes. I thought all calls were included in my plan? Please could you clarify?

Hi @Caroline Mary Alyson Harbutt

Does this happen with all phone numbers or just a certain number(s)?

Although it’s a local number, it may be one that costs extra, is your bill cap at £0 or higher?

Tom

Perhaps you’re trying to call a number that’s excluded from your plan’s call allowances, @Caroline Mary Alyson Harbutt
