change my number to new id plan and cancel old one

I need to move my number and cancel my old id plan which has ran out to a new one please.

Thanks for getting in touch.

If you’d like to move your number from another network, we can definitely help with that. If you’re trying to move your number from one iD Mobile plan to another iD Mobile plan, then we are not able to assist as we do not do internal transfers. 

Just let us know which one you need help with, and we’ll be happy to guide you from there.
