How do I change my number due to prank calls

    Tthanks for getting in touch.

    We can help you change your number. If the change is due to harassment or prank calls, we can arrange this free of charge with a valid crime reference number.

    Alternatively, we can still process a number change without this, however a £25 charge will be added to your next bill.
