Change Port In Date - Due to delayed delivery

Is it possible to delay my port-in day.

My handset was supposed to be delivered today, but due to work commitments, I had to change it to Thu 07/05.

My Port-in date is currently set for Wed 06/05

Can this be delayed to Fri 08/05?

Not sure how the port in will work if tomorrow I won't have a phone or SIM card activated

Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delivery delay I understand your concern around the port date.

 

As your port-in is already scheduled for 06/05/2026, we’re unable to guarantee that this can be changed at this stage. Port requests are time-sensitive once submitted, and changes aren’t always possible so close to the transfer date.

 

That said, I’d like to take a closer look and see if anything can be done for you.
