i changed my number over from voxi to ID, i’m able to call out and text but no one can contact me? also my imessage and facetime is now using my email rather than my phone number?

Could you please try the following troubleshooting steps and see if they help?I’d kindly ask you to check a couple of things for me:Go to your phone’s Settings, then tap Phone, and select My Number. Please make sure your number is entered correctly, using “+44” instead of the first “0” at the start of your number.Next, go back to Settings, then Messages, and make sure iMessage is turned on.
