Hi @katiesmithx1994

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble receiving calls. Could you please try the following troubleshooting steps and see if they help?

I’d kindly ask you to check a couple of things for me:

Go to your phone’s Settings, then tap Phone, and select My Number. Please make sure your number is entered correctly, using “+44” instead of the first “0” at the start of your number.

Next, go back to Settings, then Messages, and make sure iMessage is turned on. Then, tap Send & Receive and check that your correct number is selected there as well.

If these don’t resolve the issue, please try resetting your mobile network settings by following these steps:

Mobile Network Reset:

Open Settings

Tap General

Select Transfer or Reset iPhone

Tap Reset

Choose Reset Network Settings

Confirm by tapping Reset Network Settings again

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to return to the Home screen

Restart your phone

Let me know if this helps or if you need any further assistance

Hi @katiesmithx1994

Could you check if your number is being displayed in your mobile settings?

For Android:

  1. Open Settings.
  1. Scroll down and tap About phone (sometimes under System).
  1. Look for Phone number or My phone number.

It might show as SIM status > Phone number or similar.

  1. If it’s blank or says “Unknown,” your number isn’t stored there.

For iPhone:

  1. Open Settings.
  1. Scroll down and tap Phone.
  1. Tap My Number — your phone number should be displayed there.

If your number isn’t showing, it might not be stored on the SIM card, or it could be missing from the phone’s settings.
