I just bought a iPhone 17 Pro that came with a new contract and a new phone number. However, I already have a ID mobile account and would like to keep that phone number and move it to the new contract instead. How do I do that?

How do I do that?

You can’t. Either cancel the new contract and upgrade your existing plan or port out the number you want to keep to another network and port it back to iD Mobile.

    Ok thanks a lot. By the way how do I cancel the old plan without deleting my id mobile account?

    When your number ports out, your previous plan will automatically deactivate.
