Changing phone number a second time?

When I bought my ID contract I transferred my previous number using the PAC code.

 

Now I have another PAYG SIM which I have been using as my main number recently and I want to move that number to my ID contract.

When I go to the app to give my PAC code i hit a brick wall and it asks if I want to try a different contract as this one has already been switched.

Please help asap

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Maaz1     

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

As your current iD contract has already had a number transferred onto it using a PAC code, the system won’t allow another number to be switched in via the app this is why you’re seeing that message.
