changing voicemail message

Hi. I changed my voicemail when I went on holiday, but now I can’t change it back. I’ve deleted and re-recorded a new message several times, and despite it seeming to have worked on my ID mobile phone, when I ring the number it still gives out the old message. This is very frustrating as it’s a business number and I need it to be accurate. Any suggestions please?

Just so you know ​@Eastynic, the iD Mobile terms & conditions state that their network services are for personal, not business or commercial use.

You could try turning OFF your iD voicemail, for a few days, then turn ON your iD voicemail again.

Have you tried disabling and then re-enabling voicemail?

Hi Tyler. Thanks for replying. Yes Ive tried several times, and have switched the phone on/off. It’s still saying I’m on holiday - which is a big problem 😫

Thanks ​@andewhite   I didn’t know that, they didn’t say when I took the contract out. I have tried disabling and re-enabling but perhaps I need to do it for a few days. When I call voicemail to see what message is in use it’s the original message, but when I call the number myself it’s the holiday message. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi there ​@Eastynic, I would recommend turning it off for a day or two and then re-enable, and if the issue persists, get back in touch.

ive had it turned off for a couple of days and re-recorded a new message this morning, but it’s still the same. Any suggestions gratefully received!
