The charging cable I received with the new IPhone 16 is not working, I have tried different chargers and when change the cable the phone charges correctly. There is no sign of damage on the cable !

If you've ordered your phone with IDMobile and it can with a faulty cable try contacting sale's or log into the Live Chat. Once logged into Live Chat type in To speak to someone. And someone will get back to you.

And you can ask for a replacement cable, but they may also ask to ship the phone and cable for a replacement unit as it both came as one order.
