charging cable

Hi,

      The charging cable I received with the new IPhone 16 is not working, I have tried different chargers and when change the cable the phone charges correctly. There is no sign of damage on the cable !

    If you've ordered your phone with IDMobile and it can with a faulty cable try contacting sale's or log into the Live Chat. Once logged into Live Chat type in To speak to someone. And someone will get back to you.

    Our Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday,

    and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays

    And you can ask for a replacement cable, but they may also ask to ship the phone and cable for a replacement unit as it both came as one order.

      Hello,

      I have recently received a Google Pixel 9a as an upgrade and my charging cable no longer works. When I plug it in, my screen just flickers without charging. Is there any way to get another charging cable sent to me?
