chat is useless, won't send me to an actual agent

Need to get my phone replaced, chat is useless……...

    Please note that if your phone is outside the 30-day returns window, we are unable to replace the device directly. In this case, you will need to take the phone into your nearest Currys store for further assessment and assistance.
