Hi @Hedges

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Please try the following settings on your Motorola Razr 50 Ultra:

Open the Contacts app
Tap the menu (☰ or three dots)
Go to Settings or Manage contacts
Select Import / Export contacts
Tap Export to SIM card (if available)
Choose the contacts you want to copy and confirm

Please note that Sim cards can only store a limited number of contacts.  The better option is syncing contacts to your Google account, so they automatically transfer if you change SIMs or phones.

Thank you,

Hi @Hedges

Thank you for getting in touch.

Kindly note that you can save your contacts to your SIM card depends on the type of phone you're using. Many modern smartphones, particularly newer Android devices and iPhones, store contacts on the phone or in your Google or iCloud account rather than on the SIM card.

Could you please let us know the make and model of your phone? Once we have that information, we'll be happy to guide you through the available options.

Thank you,

Hi thank you.  I have  Motorola RAZR 50 Ultra which my contacts must be stored on it as they were working on Vodafone now on id mobile thank.

Just thought good idea to have them stored on the SIM in case I break my phone etc but don't want contacts to appear double which happenrd long time ago

Thanks
