hi I've ordered a new phone for my son but instead of physical sim card I've ordered esim, can I change it

    Yes, you can. Once you receive the device and have installed the eSIM, you can request a physical SIM by contacting our customer service team, or by visiting any Currys store with your passport or driving license for ID verification. Once you’ve received the SIM, please get in touch with iD Mobile so we can help you activate it.
