Hello I have a problem with my phone I recently upgraded to a honor 400 pro but it keeps getting stuck pixels

Did you purchase this handset as part of an iD Mobile plan? If so, then it may still be under warranty:-

‘iD Mobile phones typically come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty for new and refurbished devices, covering functional faults. For repairs, if purchased directly from iD Mobile more than 30 days ago, take the device to a Currys store. Within 30 days, devices can be returned for a refund or exchange.’ 


Some initial suggestions to fix this are:-

  • Restart the Phone: A simple restart can fix minor display glitches.
  • Check for Software Updates: Go to Settings > System and Update > Software Update to ensure your phone has the latest OS, which can fix bugs.
  • Test with Different Apps: If the dot only appears in one app, it is an app issue, not a hardware issue.

When you contact the Live Chat :-
