Question

Deleted my own esim profile

is there a way of getting my ESim back after I deleted it

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. 

    Kindly note that you can request for eSim replacement via the iD Mobile app using the following steps:

     

    Open the iD Mobile app on your phone.
    Tap on Plan.
    Scroll down and tap Your SIM/eSIM or SIM & Phone Management.
    Select Request a replacement SIM or eSIM.
    Tap Get a replacement eSIM.
    Confirm your email address and select Yes, I want a new eSIM
