Delivery of new phone arrangements.

I have been trying to arrange the delivery of my new phone. I have requested via DPD to deliver to a nearby post office however they have said they’re unable to and I need to contact yourselves. I am at work all week and there is no one home to receive the parcel.
Royal Mail Post Office is a secure location to have my phone delivered to.

Please can you assist.
