Read the instruction manual that came with device, or look at manufacturer’s website😉

Hi @Carlottam,

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your device.

Could you let us know a little more about the problem you're experiencing, as well as the make and model of your device?

Most manufacturers provide a 12-month warranty, although Samsung devices are covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty.

To check whether your device is still covered under the manufacturer's warranty, you can:

  • Visit the manufacturer's official support website.
  • Enter your device's IMEI, serial number, or product number (the required information varies by manufacturer).
  • Alternatively, if you still have your proof of purchase, the manufacturer can usually confirm the warranty based on the purchase date.

If you let us know the make and model of your device, we'll be happy to point you to the correct warranty checker or see if there is anything that we can do to fix the issue.

Regards,
