didnt receive QR code for esim

Didnt receive a qr code for esim, now my old phone is cut off and nothing on new phone, cant sign in to idmobile as it sends a code to my mobile number which i cant recieve

    Thank you for your message, and I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received the QR code for your eSIM.

    Could you please check your junk, spam, and deleted email folders, as the email containing the QR code can sometimes be filtered there by your email provider.
