Please note that as per the iD Mobile website, and iD Community post, there is currently a 2-day delay so depending on the day that the order was placed, you will receive an update 2 days after that. If it has already been 2 days and you have not had any feedback, please get in touch with our customer service team via live chat so that they can take a look into this.
