I’ve lost my SIM card while abroad. How do I apply for eSIM please

Hi @WiFi panda

The following details should help:-

Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
Tap ‘Plan’.
Scroll down if necessary and tap Your SIM/eSIM.
Tap "Request a replacement SIM or eSIM.
Tap "Get a replacement eSIM".
Follow the instructions provided on screen (which are simple).
Using the phone you want the eSIM on, make sure you’re connected to the internet.
On the same phone, scan the QR code sent to you by WhatsAppSIM by email.

The eSIM will then install automatically. Be patient. Installation could happen quickly but you'll still need to wait a few minutes for the number to be recognised and hooked up. You’ll receive several SMSs and the last one should state that your new SIM is now active.

Good luck x
