Hi all. I had a dual SIM in my Samsung s24 until recently, and when I quit the job I had I relinquished the second SIM, leaving me with my personal ID one.

Every time people try to call me at the moment the phone diverts the calls or voicemails to my old SIM. Despite it not being in the phone anymore, or any trace of it in the config of dual SIM, which is ow turned off.

How is this possible? It's driving me and the chap who now has my old work number mad.…

Thanks

Look in phone settings, navigate to SIM Card setting, and check if old one still showing.

If this doesn’t help-

try visiting CURRYS and request a new SIM Card😊

Hi Surfless

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

This can sometimes happen if call forwarding or voicemail settings were previously configured on the work SIM and have not been fully removed from the network.

To help resolve this issue, please try the following:

Restart your phone after completing this step.
Check your call forwarding settings under Phone > Settings > Supplementary Services > Call Forwarding (the exact path may vary depending on your device).

Could you also please confirm:

Whether all incoming calls are being diverted, or only calls that you do not answer?
Whether callers hear a voicemail greeting from your old work number?
If your iD Mobile SIM is set as the default SIM for calls?

Thank you,
