    Hi @MIG670

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty using the voice and data services on your new iD Mobile eSIM. I understand how frustrating this can be when you're trying to use your O2 SIM and iD Mobile eSIM together on your iPhone.

You can use your O2 physical SIM and iD Mobile eSIM together using Dual SIM. Please check the following settings on your iPhone:

    1. Check that the iD Mobile eSIM is active

    • Open Settings.
    • Tap Mobile Service or Mobile Data.
    • Under SIMs, select your iD Mobile eSIM.
    • Make sure Turn On This Line is enabled.
    • Check that the iD Mobile eSIM shows as active and connected to the network.

    2. Set iD Mobile as your mobile data SIM

If you want to use your iD Mobile data allowance:

    • Go to Settings > Mobile Service/Mobile Data.
    • Tap Mobile Data.
    • Select your iD Mobile eSIM.
    • If you don't want your iPhone to automatically switch between SIMs for data, make sure Allow Mobile Data Switching is switched off.

    3. Set your preferred SIM for calls

You can choose which number is used for calls:

    • Go to Settings > Mobile Service/Mobile Data.
    • Tap Default Voice Line.
    • Select your preferred line.

You can also choose which SIM to use when making an individual call from your contacts.

    4. Check your iD Mobile data settings

Go to Settings > Mobile Service/Mobile Data > iD Mobile eSIM and make sure Mobile Data is enabled.

If you're currently in the UK, Data Roaming doesn't need to be enabled for normal iD Mobile data use.

    5. Restart your iPhone

After changing the SIM settings, restart your iPhone and allow a few minutes for both SIMs to reconnect to their respective networks.

If the iD Mobile eSIM is showing as inactive, no service, or not connected after completing these steps, please don't delete the eSIM.

Please contact us via Live Chat so we can check the status of the eSIM and arrange a replacement if necessary. Our team will be able to complete the necessary security checks and investigate this further.

We apologise again for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we help get your iD Mobile eSIM working alongside your O2 SIM.
