The following details should help:-

1. Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
2. Tap ‘Plan’.
3. Scroll down if necessary and tap Your SIM/eSIM.
4. Tap "Request a replacement SIM or eSIM.
5. Tap "Get a replacement eSIM".
6. Follow the instructions provided on screen (which are simple).
7. Using the phone you want the eSIM on, make sure you’re connected to the internet.
8. On the same phone, scan the QR code sent to you by WhatsAppSIM by email.

The eSIM will then install automatically. Be patient. Installation could happen quickly but you'll still need to wait a few minutes for the number to be recognised and hooked up. You’ll receive several SMSs and the last one should state that your new SIM is now active.

To obtain a physical SIM card, you can either collect one from your nearest Currys store or contact a member of our customer service team via live chat: [https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat] 

Please note that whichever option you choose, you will need to provide your passport or driving licence as part of the fraud prevention process that has been put in place.
