Please can you help me switch to an e sim?

Thank you for getting in touch.

 

If you have access to the iD Mobile app, you can request an eSIM directly there.

 

📱 How to request an eSIM in the app

  1. Open the iD Mobile app and log in
  2. Go to My Account / Services
  3. Select Replace SIM
  4. Choose eSIM as your replacement type
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request

Once completed, you’ll receive a QR code to install your eSIM on your device.

 

⚠️ Important

  • Please do not request multiple eSIMs in the app, as this can cause activation issues
  • Only submit the request once and wait for the eSIM to be issued

If your eSIM doesn’t arrive or you are unable to access the app, please contact us via Live Chat or our social media direct messages, and we’ll be able to assist you further.
