Question

emails and unknown numbers ate blocked

I have had my emails blocked and cannot receive codes to reset them

    Hi ​@Lizzydempsey,

     

    We're sorry to hear you're having trouble receiving your email verification codes.

     

    If your emails have been blocked, you'll need to contact your email provider directly, as they'll be best placed to investigate why you're not receiving emails and help restore access to your account.

     

    Once your email account is working again, you should be able to receive the verification codes as normal.
