You do not need to worry. If your number is scheduled to transfer to your new provider on the 22nd, your iD Mobile service and number will remain active until the transfer completes. This means you should continue to be able to make calls, send texts and use data with your iD Mobile service in the period between your contract end date and the date the number transfers.

When your minimum term ends on the 20th, your agreement does not automatically end. Instead, it continues on a rolling monthly basis until your number transfer completes or the account is disconnected. Therefore, you will not lose your number while waiting for the port to take place.

Once the number successfully transfers to your new provider, your iD Mobile airtime agreement will automatically close. We would recommend keeping your iD Mobile SIM active until the transfer has completed. Once the transfer is successful, your iD Mobile SIM will stop working and you can begin using your new provider's SIM.

Please also be aware that the account will be assessed for any additional charges incurred before the transfer completes. This may include any out-of-plan usage, international usage, premium rate services, or any other chargeable activity not covered by your allowance. Any valid charges identified on the final bill would still be payable after the account closes.
