End of phone contract , please help

I’m just wondering what happens at the end of my phone contract. If I want to keep the same phone can I change to a sim only deal and how do I do this

As your contract nears to the end you should be able to change your plan 2 or 3 months before end of your plan.

What ever you do do not apply for a new sim on a new contract.

You need to do an upgrade to a sim only plan of your choice.

Go to the sim only plan on the Web or in house in a Curry's store ( you'll need proof of ID like a passport or driving licence in the stores). Once you find a plan be it monthly, 12 months or 24 months you need to do this as an upgrade. Once this has been done you'll be on your new plan your current IDMobile account details be the same, just that your bill will now be only for the sim.

1 call sells for the upgrade

2 log in your IDMobile account and do the upgrade from your account

3 Go in-house to a Curry's store but bring ID with you
