Why do I get this feedback when I try sending this meanwhile I have 10 pounds airtime

Please ensure that the premium feature is enabled on your account, as this is required for certain services.

📱 How to activate the premium feature

You can do this via the iD Mobile account portal or iD Mobile app:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings / Manage Plan
  3. Look for Premium Services
  4. Toggle this ON

 

💰 Set your bill cap (minimum £5 required)

You’ll also need to make sure your bill cap is set to at least £5 to allow premium charges:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Billing / My Account
  3. Select Bill Cap
  4. Set it to £5 or higher and save your changes

Once both of these are set, the service should work as expected.
