Good morning,  I requested an eSim to be sent to (Information removed) using my mobile phone. (Using
the instruction given on the ID website. 

I have checked this morning and there is a message telling me that it has been sent and 
will arrive in one hour - but that was yesterday.

Unfortunately, it has not arrived and I have checked in INBOX and SPAM boxes.  My number is
(Information removed)

Hi, I accidentally deactivated my phone and I want to reactivate my number. I tried scanning the QR code you sent me, but it's no longer valid. Could you send me another QR code so I can access my number?
