Hi,

I’m leaving iD in my returns period due to signal issues and have to return my phone via post. I have an ESIM and want to know if I transfer my data ext to my old phone will my eSIM work in that phone?

    Hi ​@Danni_541,

    I'm really sorry to hear that you are leaving iD mobile.

    If you would like to use the esim in the meantime while the handset is being returned you need to request a new one in the iD mobile app.
     

    Requesting an eSIM

    To request an eSIM, you can follow these steps:

    • Log in to the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk and click on "Plan".
    • Go to "SIM & Phone Management" > "Request a replacement SIM or eSIM".
    • Select "Get a replacement eSIM", confirm your email, and choose "Yes, I want a new eSIM".
