Hello, I tried to request an esim to activate on my phone via the app and it tells.me to contact the chat as I am unable to get the confirmation code, I have disabled the SIM card via the Android menu to use another esim and now the ID SIM disappeared from my menu it's a physical SIM but it does not show up anymore regardless of what I try already removed and reinserted already reset network connections rebooted etc...

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble activating your eSIM and that your physical SIM is no longer showing I understand how concerning that must be.

 

Kindly note that the sim might no longer be registering on the device, which is why you’re unable to receive the confirmation code needed to complete the eSIM setup.

 

To get this resolved, we’ll need to verify your account and arrange for an alternative way to activate your service. This may involve issuing a replacement SIM or manually progressing the eSIM activation from our side.
