How do I get a qr code for esim when I changed provider. My old provider disconnected now but I can't find how to install my new e sim

    Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear you’re having trouble setting up your eSIM.

     

    When a new eSIM is issued, the QR code is sent via email. We’d recommend checking your junk/spam folders as it may have been filtered there. Please also follow the instructions in that email carefully to install and activate your eSIM.
