My Sim is not working. I wanted to order a replacement eSim through ID app but it’s asking me to put one time passcode sent via SMS. I’m not able to receive sms as my sim is not working.

Hi @DottyH ,

Thank you for reaching out.

We're sorry to hear that your SIM isn't working, and we understand how frustrating it is that you're unable to request a replacement eSIM because you can't receive the one-time passcode by SMS.

In this situation, please contact us via Live Chat or send us a direct message through one of our social media platforms. Once we've completed the necessary security checks, we'll be able to assist you with arranging a replacement eSIM or discuss alternative options to get your service up and running again.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and look forward to assisting you further.
