Once you’ve downloaded and installed your eSIM, it can take up to 1 hour for the service to become active. We recommend restarting your handset once the eSIM has been installed and allowing some time for the connection to establish.

If 1 hour has passed and the eSIM is still not working after restarting your handset, please contact us via Live Chat so our team can investigate the activation and assist you further.
