Esim

Hi I trying to setup esim on my new Apple iPhone. I received QR code but that is not working now and also my SIM is not working in my old mobile.could you please guide me it's an urgent

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble activating the eSIM on your new iPhone, especially as your old SIM is no longer working.

     

    As the QR code is no longer working and you’ve lost service on the old SIM, please contact our Live Chat team. They’ll be able to complete the necessary security checks and assist you with issuing a replacement eSIM for your new iPhone.
