My e-sim was supposed to activate today and change to my old number. How long should that take?

I’m really sorry for the confusion and frustration you’ve experienced with your number transfer I completely understand how inconvenient this must be, especially after waiting a couple of days since setting up your new phone.
Please send us a private message via Facebook, Instagram, Live Chat, or by emailing socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk. Once we can securely access your account, we will check the progress of your number transfer and confirm whether it has been completed.
