Hi, I’m already a member with iDmobile. I requested an eSIM for my new phone. However I do not know how to get the pin it is asking for.

Hi ​@safrinahenry ,

 

If your eSIM is asking for a PIN, it’s usually the SIM PIN linked to your iD Mobile eSIM profile. Try the steps below:
 

Try the default SIM PIN

Enter 0000 or 1234 (these are the most common defaults).
 

Check your eSIM email/pack

When the eSIM was issued, a confirmation email or QR pack may include the PIN/PUK details.
 

Restart your phone

Turn the phone off and on, then try entering the PIN again.
 

Check phone settings

Go to Settings > Mobile/Cellular > SIM PIN and see if it shows the provider details or allows reset.
 

If the PIN is blocked

You’ll need the PUK code to unlock it. This can only be provided by iD Mobile support after account verification.

I am already an ID customer but my new phone does not take a physical SIM, how can I get an eSIM for the new phone whilst retaining my current contract and phone number please
