esim can't download

I cant download the QR code and the settings for esim are not available on my device.

I went to the change to physical sim help topic, but it's asking for the sim number, but the QR code and the instructions so not have the sim card number.

I cant speak to anyone. I need help to change to a physical sim.

Ordering a Physical SIM Card

To order a physical SIM card, you can follow these steps based on the information provided:

If you have been sent an eSIM but prefer a physical SIM, you can request a replacement physical SIM via the app.
Alternatively, you can visit your local Currys store with ID to obtain a replacement SIM.
Note that if you order a new SIM online, it will disconnect your current SIM, so plan accordingly, especially during periods like bank holiday weekends when there may be postal delays.
Physical SIM cards are sent within 3-5 working days when ordered separately from the device.
If you have not received your SIM card, it may take anywhere from a week to ten days to arrive, as they are sent via Royal Mail.
