esim does not activate

Hi I’ve been going through an issue with setting up my ESIM it has now been 5 days and still have had no resolution of why my eSIM keeps failing. I have had multiple conversations up to 2 hours with customer services online chat bot yet nothing has changed. My profile keeps being deleted and a new eSIM keeps being sent yet I’m stuck on the exact same issue. I’ve tried 11 times now for the eSIM to activate but nothing happens. I’ve waited for the technical team to get in contact with me for 72 hours as their first response was simply “ reset your phones settings “ or toggle with the “ aeroplane mode” but nothing has changed. I can see that a lot of people have gone through the same issue I just wanted to know if anyone has the resolution to why this may be happenings as I will willingly leave ID mobile and request my stack number in order to leave I’ll give this as a final attempt to resolve this issue as if I’m told to wait another 24/48 hours again I will just look else where and get my sim up & running in that time

My esim cannot be activated 

Arrived yesterday when i try it says been use in another device
