ESIM Failing To Activate, repeatedly

Esim Failing To Activate

I have tried repeatedly to get my ID mobile eSIM working but it just either endlessly stays in “activating” or I get this error message (see screenshot) 

I have tried to redownload it 4 separate times and it’s the same thing every time.

I have an active Airalo ESIM, which is working fine.

@Swaino  Hello doe's you devices support 2 Esims?

Have or did you delete the previous esim from your device, the one on a different network before adding the IDMobile esim?
