I have signed up for an account and ordered two eSims last weekend. One for my son and one for myself. The QR codes to activate the eSims arrived in the same email and there was no way of telling which code belonged to which of our numbers. We took a gamble, picked one each and installed the eSims on our iPhones.
The switch from o2 happened yesterday an now I have my son’s number and he has mine! How do we fix this?
Neither of us are receiving text messages and I cannot log into my account as we are not able to receive the onetime passcode.
