esim not compatable with my phone

I have started a contract with an ESIM however discovered later that my phone is not compatible. I cannot find any way to contact customer services and I am being charged for a sim I cannot use. Is there any way to change this? I cannot find a number to contact and the automated chat doesn’t help as it doesn’t understand my questions.

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing issues with your SIM card.

 

You can request a replacement SIM card through our Live Chat (https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat).

 

Alternatively, you can collect one free of charge from your nearest Currys store. If you choose to visit a store, please remember to take valid ID with you, either your passport or driving licence, so they can verify your details.

 

Once you have your new SIM card, just get back in touch with our customer service team and they’ll activate it for you.
