eSim now nit working- displaying ‘no eSim’ next to number

Anyone able to hell? eSim has stopped working and I now have no phone or data. I have an iphone. Beside the phone number in mobile data it say ‘no sim’…..

Does anyone know how to fix this? Or how to get a replacement sim? I can’t do it in the app as it wants to send me a text to confirm it is me, but I can’t receive texts, so am stuck.

Any and all help will be gratefully received :-)

Hi Hosai,

the chat is a waste of time. It is just a chat bot . I did some searching and found the easiest solution is get a new sim card in Currys and simply add it to the account through the app. It was activated and working within 5 mins, but it did take 15 mins to get the card as currys were keen to harvest my data before handing the sim over. I will be going back to EE as ehat looks like a saving is just a pain when you need help.
