    Hi @Dm58,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

We don’t have information on or recommendations for specific third-party maritime eSIM providers, as iD Mobile doesn’t offer an eSIM specifically designed for use while at sea.

If you’re considering purchasing a travel eSIM, we’d recommend checking:

    • That the eSIM specifically supports use at sea, as many travel eSIMs are intended for use on land.
    • Whether your specific cruise ship and itinerary are covered.
    • How much data is included and how long the package lasts.
    • Whether it also covers the countries you’ll be visiting when you arrive in port.
    • That your handset supports eSIM.

Alternatively, you could check with your cruise operator to see what onboard Wi-Fi packages are available.

We’d also recommend being very careful with standard mobile roaming while at sea, as maritime networks can be expensive. Keeping your iD Mobile data roaming switched off or using Airplane Mode while sailing can help prevent unexpected charges.
