eSIM replacement security code goes to my esim which is deleted

I have deleted my eSIM by mistake. I saw the eSIM replacement guide and try to ask for eSIM replacement but there is a stage where a security code is sent to my phone number but as I have deleted my eSIM there is no no active eSIM single and I can’t receive the security code. I don’t get the option of code verification to go to my email. Plz assist.
